Miss Golden Ear Days?

Play it by Ear: Do you miss Golden Ear Days?Play it by Ear: Do you miss Golden Ear Days?

This is the second year of the new Play it by Ear fundraiser for our hearing programs. It replaced our Golden Ear Days campaign in 2006.

Fun and flexible are the two words that best describe Play it by Ear:

The Lions Clubs and other groups that participate choose one of their favorite activities like hiking, golf, cards, movies, or even happy hour; they invite friends, family, and community members to play; and they raise money through any combination of selling tickets, collecting pledges, or asking for donations.

If you're in one of the Lions Clubs that was successful at Golden Ear Days, it's understandable if you don't want to change your fundraising method right away.

We will continue to support your work of collecting donations in front of grocery stores by providing handouts and hearing protectors (aka "conversation starters"), as well as a new poster with great pictures of people we've helped.

Click here for a preview of our new supplies and to make sure you are not using outdated materials. Once you're ready to place a supply order, fill out our order form.

E-mail Jordan Gevers at or call him at 206-682-8500 x 139 if you have any questions.

To avoid confusion, we do ask that you no longer use
the Golden Ear Days name. Please recycle any
old bannersand stickers you still have.

Thank you for your support!
